Gin Fizz Recipe
The Gin Fizz is a refreshing concoction that radiates with the unique essence of Cloudberry. This cocktail begins with a spirited measure of Cloudberry, complemented by the tangy zest of fresh lemon juice and the sweet whisper of simple syrup. The cocktail’s secret is the egg white, introducing a silky frothiness. It’s first dry-shaken, then iced, marrying chill with a creamy texture. Poured over ice, a final dash of Cloudberry Bitters and a spruce tip garnish accentuate the forest berry essence.

- 1 ½ oz Cloudberry
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Egg White
- Cloudberry Bitters
- Add all ingredients (except bitters) to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
- Add some ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain over a tall glass filled with ice
- Top with 2-3 dashes of Cloudberry Bitters and garnish with a fresh Spruce tip. Enjoy!
